Sculpture workshops – discover your inner artist

Join us for unique sculpture workshops where art meets creative freedom and the joy of working with your hands.

Whether you’re just beginning your journey into sculpture or already have some experience, our workshops are a space to experiment, develop your imagination, and discover your own way of expressing yourself.

During the workshop, you’ll learn basic sculpting techniques, develop an understanding of how to work consciously with form, proportion, and texture, and create your own unique piece. Everything takes place in a calm and creative atmosphere, with guidance from an experienced instructor who will introduce you to the world of sculpture step by step.

Duration
1 spotkanie – 3,5h

Workshop Flow:
1. Theoretical introduction:
The workshop begins with a brief introduction to the world of ceramics and an overview of several handbuilding techniques, including forming the base and building walls. There is also the option to work on supports or armatures.
2. Practical part – molding:
Pomagamy indywidualnie dobrać odpowiednią technikę lepienia do zaprojektowanego wcześniej kształtu wazonu. Jesteśmy z Wami cały czas, doradzamy i odpowiadamy na Wasze pytania.
3. Practical part – decoration:
You’ll be able to decorate your finished pieces with stamps and engobes, adding color to your creations.

As part of the workshop, we provide two glasses of wine, coffee, tea, and light refreshments.

Additional information!
After the workshops, the pieces are dried, fired twice in a ceramic kiln, and in the meantime, covered with transparent glaze. The final pieces are ready for pickup after approximately 3 weeks. The selected glazes and firing temperature of around 1240 degrees Celsius allow for food-safe contact. You can also wash the pieces in a dishwasher.

How to prepare for the workshops?
During the workshops, each of you will receive a protective apron. The studio is heated, but be prepared that it is slightly cooler in winter. If you can, please come with short nails. It is much more convenient 🙂

Who are the workshops for?
The workshops are suitable for both beginners and intermediate participants who want to spend creatively in the studio.

4 people. If there aren’t enough participants, we’ll offer a new date or provide a refund for those who have already paid.
