WORKSHOP REGULATIONS<\/h2>\n

Z\u0142o\u017cenie zam\u00f3wienia i op\u0142acenie udzia\u0142u jest jednoznaczne z akceptacj\u0105 regulaminu warsztat\u00f3w:<\/p>\n

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
\n1.1. The workshops are organized by \u0141YKO STUDIO ADAM \u0141YKO, located in Krakow at ul. Gen. J. Sowi\u0144skiego 7\/3, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 6751629606.
\n1.2. Any individual who has registered and paid for participation in the workshops can become a participant, thereby accepting the terms of the regulations.
\n1.3. Participants are required to follow health and safety rules, as well as the direct instructions and recommendations of the instructor.
\n1.4. The organizer is not responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance with the regulations, health and safety rules, or instructor\u2019s recommendations.
\n1.5. Participants are liable for any damage caused within the ceramic workshop premises. For minors, parents or guardians assume responsibility.
\n1.6. The organizer is not liable for any lost or left items belonging to participants.
\n1.7. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
\n1.8. The organizer declares that the personal data of participants (or legal guardians) will not be shared with third parties, and will only be used for informational and marketing purposes in accordance with appropriate data protection practices.<\/p>\n

2. WORKSHOP ENROLLMENT
\n2.1. Registration can be done by purchasing workshops through the online store at www.lykoceramika.pl or in person at the studio. www.lykoceramika.pl<\/a> lub stacjonarnie w pracowni.

\n3. Payment for participation in the workshops guarantees the reservation of a place.<\/p>\n

3. PAYMENT
\n3.1. P\u0142atno\u015bci mo\u017cna dokona\u0107 internetowo poprzez system szybkich p\u0142atno\u015bci (Przelewy24) lub terminalem, stacjonarnie w pracowni.<\/p>\n

4. ZWROTY ORAZ NIEOBECNO\u015a\u0106 UCZESTNIKA:
\n4.1. Konsument, kt\u00f3ry zakupi\u0142 i nie wykorzysta\u0142 warsztat\u00f3w przez Internet mo\u017ce dokona\u0107 zwrotu bez podania przyczyny do 14 dni od daty zakupu. Po tym terminie obowi\u0105zuje pkt 4.2 niniejszego regulaminu.
\n4.2. Najp\u00f3\u017aniej 24 godziny przed rozpocz\u0119ciem warsztat\u00f3w nale\u017cy poinformowa\u0107 organizatora o nieobecno\u015bci drog\u0105 mailow\u0105: studio@lykoceramika.pl<\/a> lub na social mediach aby bezp\u0142atnie ustali\u0107 nowy termin spotkania.
\n4.3. Je\u015bli uczestnik odwo\u0142a udzia\u0142 na kr\u00f3cej ni\u017c 24 godziny przed spotkaniem lub nie stawi si\u0119 na zaj\u0119ciach bez uprzedniej informacji na ten temat wp\u0142ata za warsztaty nie podlega zwrotowi. Przy tym uczestnik mo\u017ce ubiega\u0107 si\u0119 o nowy termin spotkania za dodatkow\u0105 op\u0142at\u0105 w wysoko\u015bci 120 z\u0142.
\n4.4. W przypadku zaj\u0119\u0107 w ramach karnetu niezg\u0142oszona nieobecno\u015b\u0107 do 24 godzin przed spotkaniem jest r\u00f3wnoznaczna z wykorzystaniem wej\u015bci\u00f3wki.
\n4.5. Karnety na 8 wej\u015b\u0107 wa\u017cne s\u0105 przez 2 miesi\u0105ce.
\n4.6. W przypadku kurs\u00f3w kilkuspotkaniowych zg\u0142oszon\u0105 najp\u00f3\u017aniej do 24 godzin przed rozpocz\u0119ciem warsztat\u00f3w nieobecno\u015b\u0107 mo\u017cna odrobi\u0107 maksymalnie w ci\u0105gu miesi\u0105ca.
\n4.7. W przypadku drugiego z kolei niestawienia si\u0119 na zaj\u0119ciach wp\u0142ata za warsztaty nie podlega zwrotowi.<\/p>\n

5. WORKSHOP CANCELLATION:
\n5.1. The minimum group size for wheel throwing workshops is 2 people, 4 people for handbuilding\/glazing workshops, and 2 people for coworking sessions. If the required number of participants is not met, they will receive a new date proposal or a refund of the previously paid amount.
\n5.2. In exceptional random situations preventing the workshop (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), the organizer has the right to cancel the workshop
\nand refund the full amount or reschedule based on participants\u2019 acceptance.<\/p>\n

6. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n6.1. Participants must adhere to workshop regulations and follow the instructor\u2019s instructions.

\n6.3. W przypadku dodatkowego, trzeciego wypa\u0142u poszkliwionej ju\u017c pracy, naliczona b\u0119dzie dodatkowa op\u0142ata (45 z\u0142\/kg).
\n6.4. Due to kiln dimensions, participants\u2019 work cannot exceed the following dimensions: diameter 42 cm x height 25 cm
\n6.5. Workshop participants are required to be punctual.
\n6.6. The workshop duration includes time for cleaning up after oneself and ensuring one\u2019s workstation is left completely tidy.
\n6.7. If a participant arrives late, the workshop will end at the scheduled time.
\n6.8. Each participant receives a protective apron.
\n6.9. For participants\u2019 convenience, it\u2019s recommended to wear clothing suitable for ceramic workshops, as it may get dirty. Short nails also contribute to greater comfort during work.
\n6.10. During the workshop, all tools and materials should be used according to their intended purpose and the instructions provided by the instructor.
\n6.11. The heat gun should only be used by placing the work on the pottery wheel and following the instructor\u2019s guidance. After drying, the heat gun should be placed safely away from other users, equipment, and plastic elements.
\n6.12. Any hazards or damaged tools and equipment should be promptly reported to the workshop leader.
\n6.13. After applying glaze to the work, participants must check and clean the bottom of the piece as instructed by the instructor.
\n6.14. Participants must sign their work permanently.
\n6.15. Touching or moving other participants\u2019 works or the kiln is not allowed. In case of damage to someone else\u2019s work, an additional fee will be charged.
\n6.16. \u0179le poszkliwiona praca skutkuje uszkodzeniem pozosta\u0142ych prac, p\u00f3\u0142ek i pieca. Osoba, kt\u00f3ra dokona\u0142a szkody zostanie dodatkowo obci\u0105\u017cona kosztami naprawy\/wymiany.
\n6.17. Prace s\u0105 w\u0142asno\u015bci\u0105 uczestnika.
\n6.18. Prace po warsztatach s\u0105 mo\u017cliwe do odbioru po 3 tygodniach od zako\u0144czenia zaj\u0119\u0107. Przed odbiorem pracy zach\u0119camy do skontaktowania si\u0119 z pracowni\u0105 na mediach spo\u0142eczno\u015bciowych, telefonicznie b\u0105d\u017a mailowo na adres studio@lykoceramika.pl czy dana praca jest ju\u017c gotowa do odbioru.
\n6.19. Uczestnik warsztat\u00f3w ma obowi\u0105zek odbioru prac najp\u00f3\u017aniej do 3 miesi\u0119cy od daty warsztat\u00f3w. Po tym czasie prace s\u0105 przekazywane na cele charytatywne. Dotyczy to r\u00f3wnie\u017c prac nieposzkliwionych.<\/p>\n

7. IMAGE SHARING:
\n7.1. Photos and videos documenting the workshop process and results may be taken during the sessions. These images may be used for studio promotion and shared on social media and the studio\u2019s website.
\n7.2. If a participant does not consent to image sharing, they must inform the organizer before any photos are taken.<\/p>\n

8. COMPLAINTS:
\n8.1. Participants can submit complaints regarding non-performance or improper execution of the Agreement by the organizer.
\n8.2. Complaints should be submitted via email to studio@lykoceramika.pl and include the participant\u2019s details, the name of the event related to the complaint, a description of the issue, and relevant circumstances. studio@lykoceramika.pl<\/a> i powinna zawiera\u0107: dane uczestnika, nazw\u0119 Wydarzenia, kt\u00f3rego reklamacja dotyczy, okre\u015blenie przedmiotu reklamacji, przedstawienie okoliczno\u015bci uzasadniaj\u0105cych reklamacj\u0119.
\n8.3. Complaints can be filed within 14 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered, and the participant will be notified accordingly.
\n8.4. The organizer acknowledges receipt of the complaint via email and will address it within 14 days. The participant will receive feedback along with an explanation.
\n8.5. Filing a complaint does not exempt the participant from paying the workshop fee1.
