How do you buy and redeem a voucher? It’s easier than you think!

Buying and redeeming a voucher is designed to be convenient. Here’s how it works, step by step:

  1. Purchase — buy a voucher easily through our website (it’s generated automatically, so you’ll receive it as soon as your purchase is complete) or visit us at the studio. Choose between an electronic version, ideal for a last-minute gift and easy to print at home, and a traditional paper voucher that you can collect in person.

  2. Personalisation — each voucher is generated individually and made out to a specific person, making it an even more personal gift.

  3. Redeem — the recipient has 6 months to use the voucher. They simply visit our website, choose a workshop date that suits them from the calendar, and enter the voucher code when booking.

What exactly does a voucher include? Explore our offer

Flexible options: a voucher for a set amount or a specific workshop?

We want your gift to be just right, so we offer two options. You can choose a voucher for a set amount, giving the recipient the freedom to choose whichever workshop interests them most.
