WORKSHOP REGULATIONS

Złożenie zamówienia i opłacenie udziału jest jednoznaczne z akceptacją regulaminu warsztatów:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. The workshops are organized by ŁYKO STUDIO ADAM ŁYKO, located in Krakow at ul. Gen. J. Sowińskiego 7/3, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 6751629606.
1.2. Any individual who has registered and paid for participation in the workshops can become a participant, thereby accepting the terms of the regulations.
1.3. Participants are required to follow health and safety rules, as well as the direct instructions and recommendations of the instructor.
1.4. The organizer is not responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance with the regulations, health and safety rules, or instructor’s recommendations.
1.5. Participants are liable for any damage caused within the ceramic workshop premises. For minors, parents or guardians assume responsibility.
1.6. The organizer is not liable for any lost or left items belonging to participants.
1.7. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the regulations.
1.8. The organizer declares that the personal data of participants (or legal guardians) will not be shared with third parties, and will only be used for informational and marketing purposes in accordance with appropriate data protection practices.

2. WORKSHOP ENROLLMENT
2.1. Registration can be done by purchasing workshops through the online store at www.lykoceramika.pl or in person at the studio. www.lykoceramika.pl lub stacjonarnie w pracowni.
2.2. Zapisy na zajęcia w ramach karnetu przyjmowane są przez platformę https://app.fitssey.com/LYKOceramika/frontoffice
2.3. Zapisy na zajęcia w ramach karnetu możliwe są maksymalnie do 6 godzin przed rozpoczęciem zajęć.
3. Payment for participation in the workshops guarantees the reservation of a place.

3. PAYMENT
3.1. Płatności można dokonać internetowo poprzez system szybkich płatności (Przelewy24) lub terminalem, stacjonarnie w pracowni.

4. ZWROTY ORAZ NIEOBECNOŚĆ UCZESTNIKA:
4.1. Konsument, który zakupił i nie wykorzystał warsztatów przez Internet może dokonać zwrotu bez podania przyczyny do 14 dni od daty zakupu. Po tym terminie obowiązuje pkt 4.2 niniejszego regulaminu.
4.2. Najpóźniej 24 godziny przed rozpoczęciem warsztatów należy poinformować organizatora o nieobecności drogą mailową: studio@lykoceramika.pl lub na social mediach aby bezpłatnie ustalić nowy termin spotkania.
4.3. Jeśli uczestnik odwoła udział na krócej niż 24 godziny przed spotkaniem lub nie stawi się na zajęciach bez uprzedniej informacji na ten temat wpłata za warsztaty nie podlega zwrotowi. Przy tym uczestnik może ubiegać się o nowy termin spotkania za dodatkową opłatą w wysokości 120 zł.
4.4. W przypadku zajęć w ramach karnetu niezgłoszona nieobecność do 24 godzin przed spotkaniem jest równoznaczna z wykorzystaniem wejściówki.
4.5. Karnety na 8 wejść ważne są przez 2 miesiące.
4.6. W przypadku kursów kilkuspotkaniowych zgłoszoną najpóźniej do 24 godzin przed rozpoczęciem warsztatów nieobecność można odrobić maksymalnie w ciągu miesiąca.
4.7. W przypadku drugiego z kolei niestawienia się na zajęciach wpłata za warsztaty nie podlega zwrotowi.

5. WORKSHOP CANCELLATION:
5.1. The minimum group size for wheel throwing workshops is 2 people, 4 people for handbuilding/glazing workshops, and 2 people for coworking sessions. If the required number of participants is not met, they will receive a new date proposal or a refund of the previously paid amount.
5.2. In exceptional random situations preventing the workshop (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), the organizer has the right to cancel the workshop
and refund the full amount or reschedule based on participants’ acceptance.

6. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. Participants must adhere to workshop regulations and follow the instructor’s instructions.
6.2. W cenie zajęć w ramach karnetu wliczone są materiały, glina do 1,3 kg, szkliwa, 2 wypały prac.
6.3. W przypadku dodatkowego, trzeciego wypału poszkliwionej już pracy, naliczona będzie dodatkowa opłata (45 zł/kg).
6.4. Due to kiln dimensions, participants’ work cannot exceed the following dimensions: diameter 42 cm x height 25 cm
6.5. Workshop participants are required to be punctual.
6.6. The workshop duration includes time for cleaning up after oneself and ensuring one’s workstation is left completely tidy.
6.7. If a participant arrives late, the workshop will end at the scheduled time.
6.8. Each participant receives a protective apron.
6.9. For participants’ convenience, it’s recommended to wear clothing suitable for ceramic workshops, as it may get dirty. Short nails also contribute to greater comfort during work.
6.10. During the workshop, all tools and materials should be used according to their intended purpose and the instructions provided by the instructor.
6.11. The heat gun should only be used by placing the work on the pottery wheel and following the instructor’s guidance. After drying, the heat gun should be placed safely away from other users, equipment, and plastic elements.
6.12. Any hazards or damaged tools and equipment should be promptly reported to the workshop leader.
6.13. After applying glaze to the work, participants must check and clean the bottom of the piece as instructed by the instructor.
6.14. Participants must sign their work permanently.
6.15. Touching or moving other participants’ works or the kiln is not allowed. In case of damage to someone else’s work, an additional fee will be charged.
6.16. Źle poszkliwiona praca skutkuje uszkodzeniem pozostałych prac, półek i pieca. Osoba, która dokonała szkody zostanie dodatkowo obciążona kosztami naprawy/wymiany.
6.17. Prace są własnością uczestnika.
6.18. Prace po warsztatach są możliwe do odbioru po 3 tygodniach od zakończenia zajęć. Przed odbiorem pracy zachęcamy do skontaktowania się z pracownią na mediach społecznościowych, telefonicznie bądź mailowo na adres studio@lykoceramika.pl czy dana praca jest już gotowa do odbioru.
6.19. Uczestnik warsztatów ma obowiązek odbioru prac najpóźniej do 3 miesięcy od daty warsztatów. Po tym czasie prace są przekazywane na cele charytatywne. Dotyczy to również prac nieposzkliwionych.

7. IMAGE SHARING:
7.1. Photos and videos documenting the workshop process and results may be taken during the sessions. These images may be used for studio promotion and shared on social media and the studio’s website.
7.2. If a participant does not consent to image sharing, they must inform the organizer before any photos are taken.

8. COMPLAINTS:
8.1. Participants can submit complaints regarding non-performance or improper execution of the Agreement by the organizer.
8.2. Complaints should be submitted via email to studio@lykoceramika.pl and include the participant’s details, the name of the event related to the complaint, a description of the issue, and relevant circumstances. studio@lykoceramika.pl i powinna zawierać: dane uczestnika, nazwę Wydarzenia, którego reklamacja dotyczy, określenie przedmiotu reklamacji, przedstawienie okoliczności uzasadniających reklamację.
8.3. Complaints can be filed within 14 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered, and the participant will be notified accordingly.
8.4. The organizer acknowledges receipt of the complaint via email and will address it within 14 days. The participant will receive feedback along with an explanation.
8.5. Filing a complaint does not exempt the participant from paying the workshop fee1.
8.6. The organizer is not responsible for damages to works resulting from incorrect modeling, improper drying, and glazing during firing.
