2. Vouchers can be purchased in paper or electronic form.
3. To use a voucher, visit the store available on the website www.lykoceramika.pl, select a specific workshop date, and enter the voucher code. For recipients of vouchers without a code, please contact us by phone, email, or social media. Once the workshop date is chosen, the workshop regulations available on the website www.lykoceramika.pl apply.
4. Vouchers are valid for specific types of workshops.
5. Vouchers can be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Recipients can request an extension of voucher validity for an additional fee of 150 PLN.
6. Vouchers are for one-time use.
7. Vouchers are generated individually, assigned to specific individuals, and cannot be traded.
8. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
